*- -Shaun was more than ready for a night out on the town, a chance to get out of his routine of fighting and war and then smoking a blunt. It had become boring and mundane, and the only thing that really mixed it up was the pesky little girl that he called his slave. Maybe that was why he kept her around despite her sass. She entertained him, and she had a nice ass that he couldn't help but look at. She was gorgeous, what could he say. he liked to pick the ones that were nice to look at, and she certainly was. She improved the scenery of his apartment, and that was why he had kept her as long as he had. Plus, her sass gave him an excuse to punish her in the most explicit way he could, a way that made him happy beyond just the fact that he was showing her who was boss. Sick, maybe, but he didn't care whether people thought he was sick or not. Maybe he was a sadistic fuck, was it any of their business? No, not really. He did what he wanted, when he wanted and that was it.
*- -He stuck the cap on his head, lazily zipping his dark hoodie halfway. "Brielle! Hurry the fuck up, we're going!" He yelled, although he didn't really sound pissed off. This night meant a lot to him, and Brielle's behavior was going to determine a lot. Whether he showed her the small act of kindness he had promised, or whether he simply delivered the whipping he had also promised. Either way, it was her that would gain the benefit or pay for her behavior. He eyed the other room where the girl had disappeared to, buckling up his leather belt. He was really just eager to go. It wasn't far to Shady's, but he would prefer to get there soon. He didn't like to be late. Punctualtity was important if you wanted people to take you seriously as a person. If he gave a fuck, he would be on time. If he didn't, he would leisurely just do what he wanted to do, saunter in when he felt like it. He stuffed his feet into shoes, calling again for the girl. He fingered the buckle on his belt, wondering idly how well this night would go. He supposed they would see.
*- -Jingling his keys, he yelled at her again, waited patiently until she appeared before starting the trek to Shady's bar and grill where he had agreed to meet Apollo and Sephora. Shaun liked to drink, so the bar seemed like the only logical place to meet. He was dying for a beer or two, especially now that his buzz had evaporated. He would have sat back and smoked another doob, but he had places to go and people to see and he didn't want to be completely fucked out of his mind while he did it. He grasped Brielle's wrist, more to know where she was and that she was keeping up than to actually pull her along. Although he lost patience with her frequently (already once today) she was still his and he looked after her. Kept her close so he knew where she was. Besides, she was bound to him, she couldn't go anywhere anyways. And if she tried, he would only punish her that much more severely. He would probably enjoy it, too. Something about watching her squirm was captivating. Sometimes he even looked for reasons to discipline her.
*- -Twilight was settling in by the time they had emerged to the surface. The sun had sunk slowly beyond the horizon, leaving a few fleeting rays of light to set the pavement aglow. Either way, he didn't take much notice. He wanted a smoke, weed or nicotine, but he couldn't bring himself to stop and light up. He wanted to sit down, maybe order a beer. He kept Brielle close to him until they reached the table, specifically requesting a table near the corner for himself, Brielle, Sephora and Apollo. Sitting, he eyed his slave. This whole night was making him a little bit nervous and he wasn't quite sure what to do with her. He supposed he would just hope that she was quiet, and didn't speak out of turn. And if she did, well then he would deal with it as he saw fit, and it would probably end up with her being in a lot of pain, just as he had promised her. Yeah yeah, maybe he wasn't very creative in his discipline of the mortal, but it worked for him and he saw no need to do anything else. Drumming his fingers onthe table, he took a quick glance around for the others before his gaze rested on Brielle.

Brielle had just finished cleaning up after Shaun's dogs when she heard him yelling that it was time for them to go. She liked his dogs, despite what Shaun might have thought, that they were terrible and vicious to her, she wasn't really sure, they weren't. They were fun to play with and be around when she was lonely. But they of course did make a mess she knew she had to change before they went anywhere. She knew Shaun wouldn't let her out of his house looking like a slob. That would have been a great embarrassment to him. She knew he wanted his slave to look her best, even if she was a slave. So while he was yelling for her to hurry up and come one, she was busy changing her clothes. He bought all her clothes for her, she wasn't ever allowed to pick her own, but he usually always got her nice things to wear. Once again the embarrassment issue came into play. There wasn't anything lavish or fancy ever in the closet, but the clothes were still decent to look at. Tonight, since Shaun hadn't chosen for her, she put on a simple light yellow dress that flowed at the bottom. She figured Shaun would approve and if he didn't she didn't think he would take the time to change her, he wanted to go.
They left, he of course keeping her close to him by grabbing onto her wrist, she not caring at all. They were above the surface and she was soaking everything in. Rarely did she get to go above the surface anymore, where she used to live and exist. When she was first captured and they came above the surface she had tried to escape but of course that didn't happen. She was bound to Shaun and there was no way of getting around it. But here they were, once again and it couldn't be more beautiful. Some people might think she was overreacting but when you didn't see something for a long time, something that was near and dear to you, you tended to get excited. She wanted to stay outside longer but she didn't try anything and didn't ask to, she knew Shaun wanted to get inside. She was being an obedient slave and didn't want to mess up.
She stayed close to Shaun, not that she couldn't. Taking a seat with him, she looked around, holding back the smile she wanted to emit. There were other people around, other mortals around and it was refreshing to be out, even if it was in a bar. She looked around, wondering how long Shaun's friends would be. She looked over at Shaun, he not saying anything at the moment. For the time being everything was okay and working out so she decided not to get on his nerves. Atleast for now anyway.

Her hand felt perfect in his, and he had to concentrate on focusing on something other than the pulse he could feel against her wrist, and the fact that she was so close to him. They were making their way down the sidewalk, heading for the bar they'd agreed to meet Shaun and his slave at. This night would turn out to be an interesting one, he had a feeling. This was the first time he was meeting Shaun's slave, and this was also the first time Shaun would see him and Sephora in each other's presence since they became a couple. His hand tightened a little on hers, without his realizing, and he looked at her for a moment before he opened the door for them and they went inside.
Shaun had told him what table had been reserved, and Apollo went straight for it. His friend's slave was lovely, not that he'd expected anything else, it being Shaun and all. Apollo could never picture Shaun getting himself an ugly slave. It'd be as bizarre a sight as seeing cat ears on an elephant. Apollo nearly chuckled at the thought.
But he kept quiet and in stead released Sephora's hand --though reluctantly-- to let her slide into the booth ahead of him. He slipped in right after her, then gave Shaun and his slave a nod in greeting. Shaun had dressed as he usually dressed, and his slave was wearing a nice yellow dress. Apollo had to say he approved so far, though Brielle's good looks were nothing compared to his Sephora's beauty (in his eyes).
The knight had dressed semi-casually in a pair of dark jeans, a dark gray shirt with the first three buttons undone, and a black suit jacket. The night had been chilly, but he hadn't felt the cold. He'd been far too focused on his emotion for Sephora and his slight excitement and nervousness for this meeting. "Beers as usual?" The question was directed at Shaun, and he gave one of his infamous smirks as he draped his arms over the back of the seats, his hand casually placed on Sephora's shoulder.
As he watched the two before him, Apollo couldn't help but wonder if Shaun's relationship with Brielle was anything like the way he and Sephora used to be. A slightly playful glint moved over his gray eyes at the thought, and his fingers played over his lover's shoulder. But he reminded himself that Brielle was mortal. It was never smart for a Fae to get involved with those that lived such short lives. Heartbreak was always the result of that sort of relationship.

Post by SEPHORA ALOUETTE LIETTE on Oct 26, 2009 18:10:23 GMT -5
*- -It was the first time that Sephora had been out with Apollo ib public as something other than his slave. Usually, when he brought her out, she hurried along after him like a good, obedient little slave. She had always been overly obedient, moreso because she was petrified of incurring his anger. Given, he was a lot softer on her than others were on their slaves, but it didn't stop her from being afraid of retribution. She had always been quiet and meek, but now that there were no consequences she was a little more brazen, more outspoken. She spoke without being spoken to first, and has more...happy with herself. She was no longer afraid. She knew that Apollo loved her, whether he put it in so many words or not. His affection was all that she had ever wanted, and now that she had it, she was happy as a cat stretched out in a ray of sunshine. She felt all warm and happy inside and that was really all that was important. She hadn't worried about what others would think. After all, she was free. It wasn't as if he was cavorting about with someone still in his possession.
*- -HIs hand felt warm enveloping hers. She was so happy, she could probably sing and dance and all those lovely things, but instead she contained hersselr to a contented smile, falling into step with her lover. She had chosen her clothing carefully for the night. Considering she had lived as an argentum lady for quite some time, she had some lovely gowns-- but she didn't think any of them would look quite right aboveground with the mortals. The dress she had chosen fit her slender form nicely. It hid what needed to be hidden, giving only a hint of curves and slender hips. The shoes were flat, making it easy for the young fae to walk. She could walk in heels, but she preferred the ballet flats-- it was just smoother, made her look so much more graceful. She felt her heart pick up a heavier rhythym in her chest and she caught her bottom lip between her teeth. She had, of course, met Shaun many times before when she was tagging along with Apollo. The tall fae frightened her, although she kept that fact to herself. She was sure Apollo wouldn't let him hurt her.
*- -She followed Apollo to the table, sliding in the booth first to give him plenty of room. Plus, she wanted to be as far away from Shaun as she could possibly get. She didn't know him well at all, but she knew enough to be afraid of him. She had seen what he could do with a sword, and thought him vicious and merciless. She really would not go anywehre near him unless she had Apollo around to protect her. Now, though, she didn't have much of a choice. But she was interested to meet his slave. The poor girl that was stuck with that arrogant prick. Yes, Shaun was certainly not Sephora's favorite member of the Atra court, but she kept that fact to herself. She didn't want him to target her, so she stayed in the background, preferably camoflaged by Apollo. He was really the only reason she felt even semi-safe in the Atra court. She knew Apollo wouldn't let anybody hurt her. He loved her, and she knew he did. She figured that meant she was safe, but she didn't want to push her luck in case somebody decided to hurt her.
*- -Sephora was greatful for his hand on her shoulder, it made her feel secure where shaun made her heart jittery. Calmed again, she lay a hand on Apollo's knee under the table. Her eyes slid over the girl opposite her with interest. Sephora could tell right away that Brielle was not a fae. There was no magic around her. She could always tell, even if she didn't have a chance to see the ears of the person in question. She was intruiged as to why shaun would have a mortal slave. So breakable, her lifespan so short. Well, perhaps it would be longer underground and in the presence of fae, but she didn't quite understand why he would invest his time in one whose life was so short. She felt sad for the girl, especially since she knew shaun to have a violent temper. She didn't want to get her in trouble, so instead she greeted her with a warm smile. The girl was young, appeared younger than herself. She remembered what it was like to be a slave, especially in the beginning when she was so tentative to do anything, and Apollo hadn't even hit her the way she was sure Shaun did. Her eyes moved to Shaun, fingers moving slightly on Apollo's knee.

*- -Shaun was impatient, drumming his fingers on the counter in a little rhythym. He was eager to get this show on the road, eager for some socialization. Eager for some beer. He wanted a blunt so bad, but that would have to wait until later. He shot a sidelong glance at the girl sitting beside him, taking in everything from the way she sat to the way her dress fell over her legs. Doubtless, she was beautiful. If she had been ugly, he wouldn't have bothered. Her flesh was such a beautiful color. His last slave has been so pale that she glowed in the moon light. Brielle's soft, carmel colored skin was certainly a change that he liked. She looked warm, and it was hard for him to keep his hands to himself sometimes. He was glad she was quiet, it certainly made him feel a little more secure in his trust that she would behave herself. He had already punished her once today, he didn't want to have to do it again in the span of a few short hours. That would be annoying, but it appeared that she was going to behave. At that thought, he relaxed a little, stretching long legs out under the table.
*- -When Shaun saw Apollo and his former slave coming towards him, he smirked, sitting up a little straighter. Of course, it had surprised him when he discovered that not only had he released Sephora as a slave, but was now in a relationship with her. Pity, he had always thought the dark-haired girl made a lovely slave. Beautiful. Obedient. He wished Brielle would smarten the fuck up and get the 'obedient' part down, but he was trying to keep his patience with her just a little longer. A few more firm 'reminders' and she would, hopefully, fall into line like he told her to. He didn't miss the way Apollo's hand had curled around Sephora's, or the way his hand rested lazily on the girl's shoulder. It didn't bother him none. If Apollo wanted to do it, then that was his business. Shaun wouldn't hold it against him. He could sense that Sephora was afraid of him the moment she sat down, and it brought a smirk to his face. Well, at least somebody had some sense around here, although she had nothing to be afraid of.
*- -His eyes slid to Brielle again, as if he was ensuring that she knew he was watching her, keeping an eye on her. Then he looked at Apollo, nodding at his question. "Course. Unless you wanted something harder." Shaun usually stuck to beer. Other than that, rum and coke or jack daniels. Tonight was a beer night, though. A sit back, hang out and have a beer night. It was what he had been looking forward to all week, a chance to actually relax. he didn't plan on actually getting drunk, but he did want to get a good buzz. He didn't want to be on edge all night, wondering whether Brielle would actually behave herself. It was her fault, anyways. She behaved, he would reward her, she didn't, he would punish her until she cried and begged for him to stop. Either way, it ended up being her choice. He looked across, nodding a greeting to the petite brunette sitting beside his friend. The girl always looked so afraid of him, and it amused him endlessly. He had no reason to hurt the petite fae. After all, she wasn't his responsibility.
*- -He yawned a little, noticing the little smile and nod Sephora gave Brielle. He didn't really care. As long as Brielle was obedient and didn't sass him, he would be a-okay. He called over the waitress, ordered a pitcher of beer and sat back, glancing at Brielle for what must have been the tenth time since they'd got there. he just wanted to be safe. He looked back at his friend, smirk spreading across his face. "How was sparring?" He questioned, leaning forwards and putting his forearms on the table. He had sparred for a while this morning, although not for very long. Only long enough to put some new kid on his ass. That was really all he had needed to do, and regrettably he'd headed back for a shower before Apollo had arrived. No matter though, he was talking to him now and that made it ok.

One would wonder why Brielle didn't scream out for help in the crowded bar, claiming she had been kidnapped by magical fairy folk. Of course if she did this she would be out of her mind. Any other fae that were in the bar would just dismiss her as another slave and wouldn't come to her aid because it wouldn't be any of their business. Any mortal that was drinking there would think she had just come out of the loony bin and would brush her off immediately. It was a lose lose idea and Brielle wouldn't even attempt it. Some might say it wouldn't matter if others found her to be crazy, that she should be trying to save herself however she could, but she knew it just wouldn't matter. She was Shaun's and she would be Shaun's until she either died or he got rid of her. Some days she didn't mind, though she would never forgive him from ripping her away from everything she knew, and of course other days she had a huge amount of resentment for what he did. She was going to be a great scholar and now she was reduced to nothing more that a slave. So of course she had a lot of anger for her master and that fueled a lot of her misbehaving and disobeying him.
She glanced over at him, giving him a small smile to let him know that she was in fact behaving herself and that she intended on doing so until something happened otherwise. She could see other women of the bar looking at Shaun, knowing what they were thinking. Shaun was an excellent looking man and if he changed his attitude and cruel ways, he would actually be a good catch for someone. If he was the complete opposite of himself those large, strong arms would be great for hugging and holding on cold nights, for comforting when something was wrong. But Shaun wasn't like that and she figured he never would be. Of course she knew women found his ruggedness and toughness to be attractive. In a way it was. But his violence and cruelness unfortunately wasn't.
Brielle took her attention off of Shaun and gave it to his friends that were walking in the door. She had never met Apollo and Sephora, but she had heard around the court that he had released her as his slave and that they actually loved one another. It was an amazing thing really, almost like the fairy tales her grandmother used to read her. A terrible situation turning into a wonderful one. Sephora was a beautiful women but Brielle had noticed that most all fae women were beautiful. It was like a trait of theirs. Apollo had a cute, gentlemen type look to him and Brielle really thought the two made a nice looking couple. She could tell by the way they walked together that something was making them nervous, maybe being out together, but they still looked wonderful together. She kept her eyes on them but also kept very quiet. All in due time would her personality come forth. She shifted her body, her leg accidentally hitting Shaun's and she gave him a quick look before turning away. The smile that she received from Sephora was gladly accepted, she in turn smiling back. She really wanted to pick her mind and find out just why she had fallen in love with her former master, but she knew this was suppose to be a night of casual fun. It wasn't any of her business anyway.
She sighed as Shaun mentioned sparring to Apollo. Wasn't there anything else they could talk about? It seemed like sometimes Shaun did nothing but spar and that it was the only thing he ever talked about. words, 649 status, complete tagged, shaun/apollo/sephora notes, aww shauny poo so sweet *
